4. Placing an Order

Orders can be placed only through our official website.

• You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information while placing an order (including name, shipping address, phone number, and payment details).
• After you place an order, you will receive an email/SMS confirming your order. This is not an acceptance of your order — it's only a confirmation that we have received it.
• Order acceptance takes place only when:
• Payment is successfully processed, and
• The product is dispatched from our facility.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including (but not limited to)

Product unavailability

• Errors in pricing or product information
• Suspicion of fraudulent transactions

5. Products and Orders

All product images, descriptions, and prices are provided as accurately as possible.

MeltPoP reserves the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or cancel orders at our discretion.

Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or limit orders due to stock availability, fraud detection, or pricing errors.

6. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). GST /Other taxes applicable at checkout.

Prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice.

MeltPoP reserves the right to correct any pricing errors on the website even after an order has been placed.

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, AMEX, etc.)
• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
• Net Banking
• Wallets (Paytm, Mobikwik, etc.)

In the event of a payment failure, you may retry or contact your bank or payment service provider.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Domestic (India)

• Orders are typically processed & delivered within 5–7 business days; orders on weekends/public holidays are processed next working day.
• Standard shipping: ₹149; free shipping for orders above ₹7,999.
• COD is not available for domestic shipping.
  International (USA, UK, UAE & EU)
• Orders are processed & delivered within 15–25 business days; orders on weekends/public holidays are processed the next working day.
  
• Standard shipping: ₹2,499.
  
• Customs duties/taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
  
• COD is not available for international shipping.

Delays

• MeltPoP is not responsible for delays caused by weather, customs clearance, or other unforeseen events that impact timelines of our delivery partner.

8. Returns & Exchanges

Domestic Orders (India)

• Requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery. (case-to-case basis)
  
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with all tags intact.
  
• Sale or discounted products are final sale and are not eligible for return.
  
• Exchanges are processed only after the returned item passes quality check.
  
• An item exchanged once cannot be returned or exchanged again.
  
• Pickup for exchanges will be arranged through our courier partner.
  

International Orders (USA, UK, UAE & EU)

• Returns/exchanges are not permitted under normal circumstances.
  
• Exceptionally, if the customer can facilitate return of goods to an Indian address (from where pickup can be arranged) within 90 days of delivery, an exchange may be facilitated.
  
• All shipping charges for international exchanges are borne by the customer.
  

Store Credit

• If the requested exchange item is unavailable, store credit will be issued within 24 hours of receiving the returned product.
  

Refunds

• Refunds are not offered under any circumstances. Only exchanges or store credits are provided.

9. Product Descriptions & Accuracy

We strive to be accurate with product descriptions, images, and specifications.

Slight variations in color, texture, and appearance may occur due to screen settings, lighting, and fabric properties.

Measurements provided are approximate; minor size differences may occur during production.

We do not guarantee that product descriptions or other content on the site are 100% error-free and reserve the right to correct any errors.
