At MeltPoP, we’re committed to delivering your orders in a timely and reliable manner.
1. Shipping Locations
- We ship PAN India.
- We also ship internationally to the USA, UK, UAE & EU countries.

- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
- Free shipping is available on orders above ₹7,999. We do not offer a Cash on Delivery option for domestic shipping.

- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
- Customs duties/taxes (if applicable) are to be borne by the client.
- Cash on Delivery option is not available for orders being shipped to international locations outside India.
Note: Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on customs clearance and regional logistics.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, a tracking link will be sent to your registered email or phone number via SMS.
5. Delivery
We aim to dispatch your order within the time specified on the product page.
- Domestic Delivery: Delivery will take approximately 5–7 business days.
- International Delivery: Delivery will take approximately 15–25 business days.

6. Delays
While we strive for timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances at the delivery partner’s end. However, our team is always here to assist you if anything goes wrong.
7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
Your order may be subject to import duties that are levied once the package reaches the destination country. An additional charge towards import, customs, and taxes may be levied by the customs authorities, and you shall bear the same.
Please note that MeltPoP has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be in actuality. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, and we recommend contacting the local customs office or their website for further information.
Additionally, when ordering from www.meltpop.shop, you are considered the importer on record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are ordering the goods. MeltPoP is not responsible for any delays caused by destination custom clearance processes.
We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
8. Wrong or Damaged Items
For India:

We accept exchanges in cases where the product is damaged, defective, or different from what you had ordered on a case to case basis.

To initiate an exchange, please email us at hello@meltpop.shop within 48 hours of delivery.

Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, with all tags intact.

Once approved, we will arrange the pickup through our courier partner.
For International Orders (USA, UK, UAE & EU):
- Unfortunately, at this moment, we do not permit any returns or exchanges for international orders. Our orders go through rigorous quality checks prior to dispatch, so no issues of damage etc will be there.

On an exceptional, case-to-case basis, if a customer can facilitate the return of goods in India, at an address from where a pickup can be arranged through our courier partner, within 90 days from delivery, we are happy to facilitate an exchange.

Please note that any shipping charges for international exchanges will be borne by the client.
