Return & Exchange Policy

Effective Date: 8th July 2025

At MeltPoP, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns (India Only)

  • Return/exchange requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Items must be:

    • Unused and unworn

    • Unwashed

    • In their original packaging, with all tags intact

2. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

  • Products purchased on sale or at discounted prices are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. Exchanges

For India:

Domestic Orders (India):

  • We accept exchanges in cases where the product is damaged, defective, or different from what you had ordered on a case to case basis.

  • Exchanges are processed only after the original item is received and passes our quality check.

  • If a product is exchanged once, it cannot be returned or exchanged again.

  • Once approved, we will arrange pickup through our courier partner.

For International Orders (USA, UK, UAE & EU):

  • Returns or exchanges are not permitted under normal circumstances.

  • On an exceptional, case-by-case basis, if the customer can facilitate the return of goods to an Indian address (from where pickup can be arranged through our courier partner) within 90 days of delivery, we will facilitate an exchange.

  • Shipping charges for international exchanges will be borne by the customer.

4. Store Credit

  • If the requested exchange item is out of stock, a store credit will be issued within 24 hours of receiving the product.

5. Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

  • Only exchanges or store credits are provided, subject to the conditions above.

6. Return Shipping

  • For international exchanges (in exceptional cases), all shipping charges will be borne by the client.
